For some time now, many people have been interested in our award winning UK68B-CSR-MH Armoire Mini-Kitchen for its ability to conceal a fully functional kitchen in such a small space. But its price has put this unique piece out of range for so many.
So we have come up with a way to save cost by offering a Limited Edition UK66-LE-CSR-MH. This model has simplified detailing and styling choices so that it can be built in less time which ultimately saves money.
The LE models that are built of Maple are available in unstained maple or any of our standard paint colors. Models built of Cherry are available in unstained natural cherry and three other stain colors. Three different door styles and three crown styles are available as well. They have the same interior dimensions and similar 120V appliance choices as the regular UK68Bs including YesterTec’s patented technology that allows ‘hot’ appliances to be safely concealed.
Dimensions taken at the countertop are 68 1/2″ wide x 27 3/4″ deep. Heights start at 83 1/2″ with smallest available crown molding.
The variety of styling choices enable these special armoires to fit into many designs themes including Shaker, Mission, Traditional or Contemporary/Asian. This model includes a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator/freezer/ice maker drawer model, a Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer, a GE 1.8CF microwave/exhaust hood and a large cove crown molding as option upgrades. Here’s the good news, the average price of the UK66-LE is about 25% lower than the UK68B! And Its starting price is even lower still at $10,899!
The starting price represents a complete unstained maple ‘LE’ model and includes flat panel doors, solid surface Platinum Granite Hi-macs countertop with under mounted 18 ga. Stainless steel sink and 1 1/2″ molding only crown. Appliances include a Summit refrigerator with manual defrost freezer, Kenyon 2 burner ceramic cooktop, and a G.E. 1.5CF microwave/exhaust hood.
Most mini-kitchens made by other manufacturers feature exposed appliances and keep the messy countertop in view at all times. The 72″ wide mini-kitchen shown above can be purchased from A.J.Madison.com. To compare it to our UK66-LE model shown above, it can be ordered with a dishwasher instead of the oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker and an over-the-range microwave exhaust hood instead of the separate exhaust fan and small microwave and it’s price is over $11,000.
- The black armoire above is a UK68B-CSR-MH, but it is very similar to an LE Model’s interior. Upgrades to the starting price shown include: Painted Finish, Dishwasher, Faucet, an Advantium oven/Hood and a Light Bar. It was built for $12,500.
2. The natural cherry armoire above is a UK66-LE in natural cherry, shown with base pricing choices of flat panel doors and molding only cornice. It’s price was $10,123 without a dishwasher, including a Summit Refrig/Freezer.
3. This Faded Green UK66-LE has Mission Style grid doors with gray panels.
4. This Olde English Pine UK66-LE was built at the starting price of 10,900 plus shipping.
5. This White UK66-LE has our sunburst pattern doors with green panels and an Asian style crown.
